tbaee Terms & Conditions

tbaee is an online entertainment and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tbaee and its users. tbaee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes to the extent reasonably possible.

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered authoritative in all cases. If any part of the Terms needs to be translated or interpreted differently, the original Bengali version will be followed.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account and use the service:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years old.
• You must operate the account in your own name and of your own free will.
• You may not create an account if you are subject to any prohibition or acting on behalf of a third party.
• Each person may operate only one account — if the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed.
• The information registered on the account must be kept accurate and up to date at all times.

If information provided at the time of account creation is found to be false or misleading, tbaee reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances at any time.

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. tbaee will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access.

3.2 Verification Process

tbaee may request documents required for identity verification at any time — such as a national identity card or passport. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. The balance will be returned after any pending valid transactions are settled. Self-exclusion requests under the responsible gaming policy are processed immediately.

4.1 Deposit Terms

To deposit funds into tbaee, you must use a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name. Depositing via a third-party mobile banking account is prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may take longer. Before withdrawing, please ensure that all wagering requirements on your account have been met.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn if bonus wagering is incomplete.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, tbaee may place the withdrawal on hold pending verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tbaee offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members. On the first deposit, a bonus equal to the deposited amount is provided up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳32,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from a bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before becoming eligible to withdraw.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• It may not be possible to activate another bonus while one is already active.
• tbaee reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

By playing regularly on tbaee, you can participate in our VIP program. Weekly cashback benefits are available across four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular activity and engagement on the platform. VIP members receive special benefits and priority support.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tbaee platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account by impersonating another person or providing false information.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotion benefits.
• Attempting to compromise the security systems of the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in playing.

If such activities are detected, tbaee reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances, and may notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is considered final, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted incorrectly due to a technical error, tbaee reserves the right to cancel it.

8.2 Maximum Payout

A maximum payout limit is set for any single bet or gaming session. This limit may vary for specific games or events, and tbaee reserves the right to change it at any time.

8.3 Technical Errors

tbaee will not be liable for any loss caused by server outages, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue. In such situations, tbaee's decision regarding ongoing rounds or bets shall be considered final.
